This is a 12-months commitment to unravel all aspects of yourself, learn to set clear boundaries, be confident in what you want, and step into your power on a spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, sexual, and business level. Because yes, it’s all connected.
Included in this 12-months programme are spiritual practices to support you energetically, physical practices to strengthen and tone your body, mental practices to shift your mindset, emotional practices to become more intimate with yourself and your feelings, practices to clear sexual energy and entanglements, as well as business and money tools at the very end.
We go through all areas of your life in a successive manner to leave no stone unturned. Past, present, and future. This has a lot to do with releasing what no longer serves you on an energetic, spiritual, and practical level, to then make room to call in what truly serves you and belongs to you.
A programme to strengthen the connection to You (your creative Power – aka the Universe), the Cosmos, and the Earth.
More than me teaching you something, it’s about providing you with practical, radical, simple, and “connected” tools that you apply and then decide, if they feel right, and with which you will continue – to strengthen what works for you. Each module can be applied throughout the whole programme. The tools given can be used at different times after each module has finished – whenever needed.
Gain clarity around how to manifest, attract, and invite what you wish for – on your own terms. Learn to distinguish when there is time for inaction, and when there is time for dedicated action and getting your hands dirty – with a plan. Most often this includes doing some things you try to avoid.
Learning to understand distractions, letting them go, and focussing on your path.

Who is this programme for?
You are a creative, have already successfully started your own business, freelance path, side hustle, or are in a career that you adore. You know what you want, have goals and desires that are clear to you, and simply want to step into your next level. You have done courses and programmes before that helped you, and you know how to implement. You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn and try out new tools (and keep the ones that work for you). You know how to set boundaries and understand your needs. You know that group support, plus weekly practices and tools give you the kickstart and momentum you need, which alone would be hard to achieve. It’s just more fun!
On the other hand, if you are in a job you don’t like, but don’t know what else to do, have never promoted yourself and your ideas, this programme is not a fit for you – at this moment.
