I´ve been a dancer since I´m a child. Turning 18, I stepped on the yogic path for 20 years, which lead me to become a yoga teacher, bodyworker, meditation teacher on Insight Timer, martial arts practitioner, Reiki Master, shamanic practitioner, ecstatic dance facilitator, and tango aficionado. What connects me the most with my Soul is dance and music, freeform movement, and spatial explorations through playfulness, which often bring up spontaneous insights, a deep sense of peace, and a stronger connection to femininity.

The “Wild Femme Dance” is a live course. Classes will be recorded though, so you can do them in your own time.
The recommendation is to do both (2) classes per week.
